This course provides organisations with the knowledge and tools to promote decent, high-quality work within their operations and supply chains. Grounded in the CFYE (Challenge Fund for Youth Employment) context, it offers a two-part approach: first, by introducing a risk-based framework to identify and prevent exploitative labour practices; and second, by guiding participants through the dimensions of job quality and how to improve them.
Participants will explore the business case for decent work and job quality, understand how to assess risks to fair employment, and learn how to apply the CFYE Job Quality Framework to enhance working conditions. The course supports organisations in building ethical, inclusive, and sustainable employment practices that drive long-term impact and performance.
